Terms and Conditions

Last updated on 17 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sabranik website at sabranik.org and the training and coaching services we provide. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Scope

These Terms apply to all visitors to our website and to everyone who requests or uses our services. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Services provided by Sabranik

Sabranik provides educational and training services for gaming and esports-related competitive environments, including:

  • Gaming bootcamps
  • Individual coaching
  • Team training
  • Performance review services

Our services are designed to support player development through structured practice, feedback and training routines.

Eligibility

Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. Players under 18 may take part only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who must make the booking on their behalf. By booking, you confirm that you are 18 or over, or that you are the parent or guardian making the booking for a participant under 18.

User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions, and engage respectfully with our staff and other participants. You are responsible for having the equipment and game access needed for your chosen program.

Program registration and booking requests

Registrations and bookings are made by contacting us or submitting an enquiry. A booking is confirmed once we have accepted it and any required payment has been received. We may decline or cancel a booking where necessary.

Prices and payments

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed through our payment providers. We may update our prices from time to time, but changes won’t affect bookings already confirmed.

Program access and scheduling

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll arrange access and scheduling for your program, whether it’s a bootcamp, coaching session or team session. Session times are agreed in advance.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please let us know as early as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate reasonable requests, subject to availability.

Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session, you can choose a full refund or free rescheduling. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your first scheduled session, we may retain 50% of the fee to cover reserved coaching time and will refund the remaining 50%.
For multi-session programs and packages that have already started, you can cancel at any time by letting us know at least 48 hours before your next scheduled session. We’ll refund the fee for all sessions not yet delivered, calculated by dividing the total program price by the number of included sessions. If you cancel an individual session less than 48 hours before it starts, we may retain 50% of that session’s share of the fee. Sessions missed without any notice are treated as delivered.
Approved refunds are paid to your original payment method within 10 business days.
These conditions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy where a service does not meet a consumer guarantee.

Consumer rights under Australian law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we do so as set out below.

Use of training materials and intellectual property

Any training materials, resources and content we provide remain the intellectual property of Sabranik or our licensors. They are provided for your personal training use only. You must not copy, share, redistribute or resell them without our written permission.

Third-party games and platforms

Our training relates to third-party games and platforms that we do not own or control. Sabranik is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer, publisher, tournament organiser or platform unless we explicitly state otherwise. We have no control over third-party games, tournaments, rankings, matchmaking systems or game servers.

No guarantee of outcomes

Our services support your development, but we do not and cannot guarantee any competitive outcome. We make no guarantee of tournament victories, rank increases, professional contracts, team placements or any specific result. Your progress depends on many factors, including your own ongoing effort.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable, available services, but we may occasionally need to change, suspend or withdraw parts of our service for maintenance, operational or other reasons.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the consumer guarantees described above, Sabranik is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Australian law.

Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, outages, or other significant disruptions.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Changes to services or terms

We may update our services or these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
